I am currently conducting a few arc flash studies and have run into multiple pieces of over-dutied equipment when running the calculations. We have not reached the stage of applying labels, but was curious as to if there is a standard for this type of scenario. It seems inappropriate to apply labels, and SKM provides a similar message once the calculations have been run. It also seems inappropriate not to apply any label, given that the owner has no interest in replacing the equipment, and there is an increased AF hazard. If there a disclaimer that should be added to the AF label, or an alternative label that should be applied in these scenarios?
