What method do you use for 3 Phase Arc Flash Studies < 15 kV?

I voted IEEE 1584, but it needs to be qualified. We don't use IEEE 1584 for all < 15 kV analyses. For overhead medium voltage distribution (>1 kV), we use ARCPRO software.

I probably could have been more clear about this. I meant for 3 Phase systems.
This is the first of what will likely be a weekly or bi-weekly survey question. It should help everyone see what the "industry norm" is for certain issues. - At least the norm according to the forum users.

We are using the NFPA 70E tables as a starting point until a full software analysis can be performed.

Our software is based on IEEE 1584 and that is what we use as an industry standard.
It would be interesting if anyone is using NFPA 70E calculations for systems above 600V, I don't believe that is recommended anymore.
