 Post subject: Series-Rated or no?

The subject line might be a little misleading. I keep running into these combos of Westinghouse FB3050 breakers and LFB3070R "current limiters" (BTW, I swear I posted something else about the same thing here but I can't find it--my apologies). see associated image below.

Westinghouse FB breakers from 15-70A were all 14kAIC rated when this combo was being made. The Current Limiter is rated at 200kAIC, but is only designed to be used with those 14kAIC breakers. Does that mean the withstand rating of the breaker should be assessed at 200kAIC?

I can think of legitimate arguments for giving the breaker either rating. The documentation I could find online doesn't explicitly say one way or the other, just that these two devices are designed to work together (in series).

Those current limiter modules are intended to provide a 200kA series rating with the specific model breaker, according to my Westinghouse catalog from 1989.

Would you be willing to post a screenshot of that verbiage and/or reference the catalog information? I'd love to have this info available.
