I am interested to know if there is a manufacturer that provides working gloves rated for 50 V as maximum voltage?
Thanks.

Probably just about any pair of gloves I would imagine.

70E at least currently refers to using dry leather gloves for handling plug-and-cord equipment.
The inherent problem here is the ASTM testing procedure. The procedure is that the glove is filled up full of water and then submerged in water, leaving a certain length of the cuff outside of the tank. Then it is hi potted at the given test voltage. Technically if the current leakage rate exceeds a certain amount, the glove "fails" but in practice gloves that "fail" blow out.
At 300 V/mm, anything that achieves a 1 mm air gap and isn't inherently very conductive would achieve at least a 300 V rating but obviously it has to be water proof or it won't make it in the ASTM test. Thus the reason that even though technically most nonconductive gloves up to 300 V provide adequate protection against electric shock since this can't be proven (there is no test developed for non-rubber gloves) we can't really "rate" clean, dry leather gloves. It falls into the category of "make shift" instead of the category of engineered and 3rd party tested.
So for this reason we don't have "50 V", "120/240 V" or any category of glove below the 00 rubber glove rating.
