Some people/companies use standing EEWP’s for certain routine work to avoid filling one out each time the same task is performed. This week’s question:

How long are your standing Energized Electrical Work Permit’s valid?

• We don’t use standing permits
• 1 month or less
• 2 to 6 months
• 7 to 12 months
• Longer than 12 months

We do not use them where I work now. They have taken a very conservative approach and won't do any work live other than some of what is already excepted (e.g. testing and troubleshooting.)
Where I worked previously, we had annual standing permits, to cover the basics and things such as swapping starter buckets live.

Pretty much the same thing here.
