This might "spark" a few comments too about your EEWP experiences.

We have nearly 100% approved but it is because we have finally learned what will be approved and what will not be approved. We stopped bothering with EEWPs where we know based on experience they will not be approved.

I'd have to say we're probably about the same as JoeB.

Our percentage of approvals have gone up since initially implementing EEWP. People now expect certain questions to be asked about the work and now do a lot more planning ahead and scheduling for projects.

None of ours are approved. We do not do energized work at our facility.
