I'm unable to use equations D.2(a) to (e) to calculate most of the flash protection boundary distance in table D.2.

For some lines of table D.2, my calculation does match, but for some others, it doesn't (and by some big margin).

Even in paragraph D.4 Sample Calculation, the result for flash protection boundary distance is not the same as the corresponding line in table D.2 (6.9/7.28 ft vs 9.7 ft).

Am I the only one finding this odd? Should table D.2 be corrected? Or should I use the other paragraphs (D.5, D.6, D.7, D.8) instead, or even one of the software performing that kind of calculation?
