I want to do the Incident Energy calculations for 33 KV GIS switchgear & 66KV / 120 KV / 220 KV Load Break switch in the Outdoor switchyard ( Transmission line Power entering in the outdoor open air switchyard ).

What is the best method to calculate ? Because I know that IEEE-1584 2018 can not be used.

Please advise.
