Have you or anyone you know been shocked at voltages above 1kV AC? (and lived to tell about it)
The "lived to tell about it" part is obvious since you are still here but what about others? Share your stories!

If yes, what was the voltage?

One of the investigations I was involved with in response to the prior question. 7200 V. The investigation team travelled to the burn unit in order to interview a man with no hands. Isolate, test, and ground folks.

No, but I was up close and personal to a 6600V arc flash event. The manufacturer assured me that the voltage would only be 600V. It was not - it was 6600V which blew up my Fluke 77 and blew a 1/4 inch divot in the bus bar.
