On Average, what percentage of the arc flash study effort is for data collection? |

On average somewhere around 50% but it varies widely depending on whether it is an old existing place without much documentation or new construction where much of the info is readily available. |

One of the problems that add time (money) to the cost of doing and arc flash analysis is have to go back to the facility and getting some information that you might have forgotten.
