Arc Flash Labels continue to evolve. NFPA 70E 130.5(H)(3) requires at least one of the following on the label:
-Available incident energy and the corresponding working distance OR PPE Category -Minimum arc rating of clothing -Site Specific Level of PPE
What do you list on your/client’s labels for PPE? Select all that apply Incident energy and working distance PPE Category Arc Rating Site Specific Level of PPE No Labels

We do not produce labels for anything other than an incident energy analysis. We submit IE and working distance on labels.
We do not include PPE catagory per NFPA 70E (2018) 130.5 (F) and (H)(3) "The results of an incident energy analysis to specify an arcflash PPE category in Table 130.7 (C) (15) (c) shall not be permitted." [We think we have these interpreted correctly, IE and PPE Catagory seem to be mutually exclusive.] Nor have we invoked 130.5 (H) exception No2 for industrial installations.
We also include the equipment ID of the label location and the lineside feeder device ID for isolation and lockout.
