NECA CEO John Grau addresses concerns that with the proposed OSH Act overhaul, OSHA is abandoning its cooperative approach and is returning to a punitive, pro-enforcement stance.
Combine this with the interpretation letter below in this forum and we seem to be in for a fun time ahead Is all this to employ more OSHA people? It certainly does not seem intended to help U.S. manufacturing employ more people. Hello China!
