No place is safe from arc flash hazards.

A friend/colleague of mine in Australia sent me this news about a possible arc flash at a shopping mall near Perth Australia. I thought I would pass it along.

2 died (one on site, one in hospital), other 2 (50% burns) moved from IC to Burns Unit. Very sad.
