This stuff never ceases to amaze me. Here is a very graphic video of someone standing on top of an electrified passenger train car and they graph the overhead conductor.

Does anyone know any details? Was this an accident or was this person a bit nuts? Looks like it might have been in India?

Looks like a suicide to me. People were trying to talk him down of the rail car.
