Does anyone know whether there any Arc Flash International awards for companies or not ?

International Electrotechnical Commission (based in Geneva) has the IEC 1906 award which is granted in recognition of exceptional recent individual achievements - a project or other specific contribution - which helped advance IEC activities in a significant way. However, it is not arc flash specific.

Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) PCIC has the Electrical Safety Excellence Award. IEEE is international with more people outside the US than within.

I'm not sure about others. Those are the two largest global technical organizations. I'm quite involved with both.

Thanks for your reply! I saw there is one event in UK from you in this coming April,2023. I will inform my company to send someone to attend. By the way , as you are expert of Arc Flash , can you let me know that ETAP be utilized for 34.5kV power system Arc Flash analysis or not .
