Has anyone had problems printing the Arc Flash report to Adobe PDF? This locks up my computer. |

Perhaps some more details of what you are doing would help. I just tried to print a quick database report and had no problem. I picked Adobe pdf as my printer from the drop down box. I am running the following: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit system EasyPower Version 9.0.4.488 Adobe Acrobat X Version 10.1.5 Dell Latitude E6430, Intel Core i7-3520M 3rd Gen Processor, 6GB memory |

Yep, I just tried it and it locked up my machine. Have you reported it to EasyPower? You can open the report with Excel function and then print a pdf from that. |

You may have to report this to EasyPower. They have a great support link on their website. Good luck! |

I had the same experience using Easy Power (with other pdf software) if trying to print a one line. I'm currently using Easy Power version 9.0.4.501 and have not had any serious issues with this version. When I was having problems, I checked with EZ power tech support. They asked me to use Adobe instead of the PDF creator I was using. I switched to Adobe, but still had the "easy power has stopped working" messages. I called tech support and Pete helped me. He had me reload the software and that seemed to slow the problem, but did not 100% fix it. I also had EZ power lock up when trying to print a one line with a logo attached. It turned out that I had TIFF file instead of a JPG (at least that's what I recall). I substituted a JPG file and that fixed it. I use either Adobe or PDF viewer Plus by Nuance as well and both seem to work okay. Good luck! |

I use Primo PDF for printing large format one lines from EasyPower. Haven'nt had any issues with that. I use it as the Adobe PDF printer does not support A1 size drawings. |
