Sample policy and procedures

    Would anyone care to share their written arc flash policy, or electrical safe work practices and procedures. I have gotten some from governmental agencies to serve as an example. I think it would be good to provide people some kind of template or outline to help establish policies and procedures around electrical safety with an integrated arc flash safety policy. NFPA 70E does have Annex E a sample of an Electrical Safety Program, which is good. Is there anything like this for policy and procedures?
