Low Voltage Single Phase Arc Flash

    Is there a risk of arc flash on low voltage single phase equipment? Does NFPA 70E require arc flash calculation for hot work on single phase low voltage (< 600V) energized equipment? If so, what equations and software exists for low voltage?
