I need some information about how to wear and how to store the Arc Flash clothing (care and cleaning), maybe if someone has a Handbook for the Flash Clothing.

How to wear? Just like normal clothes? When to wear? That is a long answer, I suggest you read this forum and the NFPA 70E for that.

As far as care goes, it depends on what type of clothing you have, each manufacture has its own special care for laundering instructions for both home and industrial laundering.

On the storage side you have to decide if your company is issueing the Electrical Specific PPE on an individual basis, shared/common or both.

That said you should store individual items like rubber insultating gloves in the bag the manufacturer sells for them, hot sticks in protective bags/sleeves, or tubes, temporary protective grounds in bags or hard cases, voltage detectors or testers in hard cases sold by the manufacturers, arc flash clothing is a bag sold by the manufacturer, etc... and then have a locker or cabinet that you can lock if required, and ensure you label all of these bags or containers with a unique tag for the Electrical Specific PPE so that you can reference that tag in PMs, in procedures, and for inventory and tracking purposes.

Sounds like a lot, but it really isn't after you get it set up. Electrical Specific PPE is specialized gear and it needs to be suitably protected from damaged while been stored or transported.

You need to have an inventory as part of your Electrical Safety Program, and set up periodic inspections. In one of the Electrical Safety Audits I performed the rubber insulating gloves were missing and I asked where they were, the user had not idea, no inventory and no unique tag on the gloves.

Also for shared Electrical Specific PPE you want to set up a check in/out system so you know who has it or had it, when they checked it out and returned it.

Again all of this is addressed in your Electrical Safety Program.

There are lots of pitfalls to implementing and Electrical Specific PPE program within your Electrical Safety Program.
