EasyPower: Phase Shift Integrity Error around Bus

Discussion in 'Software for Arc Flash Studies' started by ytegegn, Jun 6, 2008.

I was wondering if someone would posssiblly help me out the following problem.

I was doing short circuit arc flash analysis and I encountered “Phase Shift Integrity Error†around Bus. There are two Delta-to-Y-to-Ground transformers in parallel rated 2.5MVA 69kV/4.16kV in the single line diagram. So would you please give me some feed back if possible?

Thanks for your time and support.

    Sincerely,

    Mr. Solomon:

EasyPower has a phase shift detection algorithm to verify system phasing is correct. You may have a phase shift problem somewhere else on your one-line. You can also turn off the detection in the TOOLS-->OPTIONS controls.

In order to troubleshoot a system, we need access to the EasyPower file, Serial#, version#, etc. If you have a question on EasyPower, the proper place to ask that question is our EasyPower technical support group.

You can reach us at 503-655-5059 or email techsupport@easypower.com
