IS there a way to get managers in the work place to have electricans workwith another worker instead of always working alone ? Is there anything in 70e to bring up to workers ? Electricians at my job are always working alone on most jobs. Managers just care about getting as muchw ork completed as possible.

Sadly there really is not anything that says otherwise, unless it is >600V than OSHA 1910.269 has some rules.
