Our fleet mechanics were recently given training whereby they were told to use arc-flash PPE. For as much as I know about arc-flash, I know very little about hybrid vehicles. Based on my research, they certainly have AC and DC systems with voltages up to 600V. We obviously protect against shock hazards associated with these vehicles, however, has anyone researched the arc-flash hazards associated with them?
