Lawsuit Against Engineer

I am looking for incidents where an engineer who performed an arc flash hazard analysis (provided client with warning labels and PPE categories) was named in a lawsuit after an arc flash occured at the engineers client's facility and an injury resulted. Does anyone know of a situation like this or something similar?

This will probably increase over time and as more AF studies are done. What are viable disclaimers. There seems to be much risk for the P.E. vs relatively little reward.
